does edge Linux support .xz compressed file collection?

Hey there, Nate. Natively, no it doesn't. Currently listed support is for: zip (DEFLATE only) gzip zstd *tar There is a workaround if you decompress it upstream into something edge can read*.

its what they already are in.

its a one off instance so hopefully don't need a long term solution.
