I’d like to grab a sample file from production, work with it in a local dev environment, copy/paste the pipeline, then upload it back to production.

heres how:

Manually export the sample file.

  1. Capture and Save of the file.
  2. Click the Gear icon - Save - Download to JSON.

Import the sample file

  1. On the Sample Data right nav bar - click Attach button.
  2. Select the sample file.
  3. Make sure Parse JSON Event slider is set to Yes, In Advanced Settings.
  4. Click Save as Sample File.
