any hints on how much time it takes for the Lake data/consumption to appear in FinOps center? same question for Lake monitoring, we are pouring some data for like 12 hours and there is nothing in FinOps and also monitoring is empty

Hey Fabian, Jack is correct - Lake's dataset metrics are updated daily, so you won't see today's data in your dataset set size until the next day. FinOps data will get reflected shortly after the Lake update. You can use the Stream Monitoring UI (and Insights) to see how much data is being sent to Lake in real-time.

generally Lake metrics on dataset sizes and such are daily, performance and ingest metrics are best viewed from Stream. There's nuance for things like Lakehouse and Direct Access though, where there are performance metrics that you should be seeing faster. @user any thoughts?
