I teleported into a worker node and I was checking the CPU usage of the the Worker Processes. Are the data points in percentage?

Yes - that means 80.5% of that Worker Process / CPU. Keep in mind the graphs are independent of each other (so like the one below could be 10% or 100%, won't know until you hover over)
