Should I be able to click on a column in search table to change the sort on rows?

< @U0163CNPUEB > you can do that in the Chart View results panel only. The Events View doesn't allow in-place sorting or other manipulation. Some types of Operators automatically switch you to the Chart view, like `summarize`. However, if you want to explicitly switch, you can add `| render table` to bring you to the chart view, so you can use those enhanced features like: • in-place keyword search • sort asc/desc • number formatting • suffix / prefix • heat maps (for numeric values) Conversely if you are in chart view, you can use `| render event` to bring you back to the event view. LMK if that helps!
