From the Data Routes, Apache has a yellow triangle. The Pipeline is Apache_Access.
I tried other pipelines and it did not make a difference. Any pointer for me is appreciated.

Is it below the default route, or a route that has a filter of true with the final flag set? Most likely this is the warning that no data will reach this route.
Hovering over the triangle has no info. However, below, there is one line says:
endRoute - Data reaching this point will be routed to theDefault Destination
