I’m changing the ip on a couple of my workers - anything that I need to change or be aware of? My assumption is that Stream/Edge will just pickup the change and it will appear on the leader with those changes. Nothing else is changing.

The assumption is correct. As long as communication is open (no firewalls in the way, workers can see the leader, log senders can see the workers, workers can see the destinations), the IP change will be easy breezy.
